1. Submit any map.
2. Delist the map.
3. You are still at the top of the Active Authors page.

I doubt this is an intentional feature.

I was actually testing something different, and then I delisted the map and noticed the bug.

I'd imagine the code for Active Authors doesn't take into account any delistings that occur. Try to not to abuse it.

I actually look at that page instead of Hot Maps. I had noticed this feature long ago, but I've never used it myself. I've never delisted a map; I don't want to start now.
