NUMA has a uservoice for a reason: if you have an idea on how to improve the site, that's the place to suggest it. Posting your idea here isn't going to do much good.

You *could* use the feedback button on NUMA, but it's already been suggested. And it's one of the more popular ones. Here it is, in case you're wondering.

Can you post a convincing reason as to why we need .5 ratings other than you just want them back?

Aside from the fact that we have Uservoice for this kind of suggestion and discussion, Arachnid has stated that .5 ratings will not be making a return to NUMA.
