New Reviewers (Italians Need Not Apply)

Heyo. We're short reviewers again. Happens every month or so. So I would love it if people PM'd me some reviews (more than one), with map number+name+author. Please please please write them in Word and for god's sake look them over - and don't just do this for the first two or three, but for all that you write. This will help you avoid public embarrassment.

A couple of us will read them, so if you are one of the people I hate don't be afraid you're going to be rejected out of hand.

This thread only applies to you if you are not already a reviewer. If you are just sign up for some damn spots.

Wait, you actually considered it was a girl? Like, it crossed your mind that a female would want to take control of a community which is statistically 95% male. I must be giving you too much credit.

this happens to be the pipe dream of just about every female I've ever met

Well, I'm certainly not opposed to it. But I'm also not opposed to winning the lottery, and both of these are equally (un)likely.

Maybe it's radium's stacy's revenge. Y'know.

And aid, I was being sarcastic. Sorry it didn't work well.

Lol
Ahh, Stacey...
I remember even before then...when NUMA was actually "NEW-ma". Now it's just "Mmm-uhh...".

Sheesh, does anyone feel like maybe it's time to give it a rest? I used to look at N like this fabulous achievement...now it just seems like a faded classic that had all the replay value sucked from it as if by a hungry pack of spider-hyenas.

Anyways...yeah. NUMA reviews. How can people find the time and the fortitude to continue playing...and then write about it? Either way, good luck. For those who still enjoy the game, It's sort of nice to see that the site's still up and moving, and that people can still find fun and excitement playing N. Wohoo!

At the moment, I don't have the time to write reviews, however, if you would like to look through my prose on deviantART, feel free. M12G.deviantart.com

First off, is that a example of a review? You need to send those to Flagmyidol in a private message. He will send them out to decide whether you have the ability.;
Second, I would watch the spelling and grammar. I noticed several spelling issues as well as many grammar issues. Remember, capitalize the 'I's, capitalize the first letter in a sentence, use the correct punctuation, and keep your sentenced from becoming fragments and run-ons. Also, sorry to say, if that thing you wrote was a preview of a review or something, it was a little stupid.
Just saying.
However, remember you are new to this community. You've still got time to gain experience in mapping, writing, and your overall charisma here. So, if you do not get a reviewer spot, I wouldn't feel bad. I've been here a while and I just gained it. Who knows? You may, if you're good enough.

EDIT:
Ahaha I re-read your little 'tragedy' and noticed it's all one sentence.

There are two things I like about this.

1)

Paradox all up in the forumssssss. :3

2)
the mine cried itself to sleep that night, (WARNING: the previous sentance is kind of depressing) and the ninja and the mine never got to do what ninjas and mines do together.
The warning comes after what is being warned about, and ultimately, it reads as though the ninja and the mine wish to copulate. I like that.

:D

Aha, true. I feel like I was very pessimistic. D: Oh well. As Squibs said, I like/love how the warning comes /after/ the statement. xD It's also pretty original as far as writing goes. I haven't seen anything written about the sad little mine in the corner. D: Makes me want to cry.
