This idea was originally created by zoasBE here

I thought it was kind of a good idea, but making 30 maps in 24 hours would be insanity

So i thought about 50 mappers, 10 days, 1 map each day per mapper

Then i thought, what about the people that aren't participating in it, there maps would be mixed in with the ones that are, on NUMA

So then i thought, 50 mappers, 24 hours, 10 maps each

Then i thought, 3 weeks notice, so that everyone can make some maps for this event

& also to get 50 mappers, someone would need to convince old mappers that still hang around on IRC & the forums to make some maps so that there would be more than just the (20) mappers on NUMA

Then i thought, zoas wanted it to be themed, & i didn't know how that would work

I also thought that this would be a boost to the 10,000 map challenge

Well, theres some thoughts, just incase anyone cares willard

#1: fix your spelling and such. We need to be able to understand what you are saying. Although this is the internet, we still adhere to certain rules of grammar. I'm sure you can write well, so please do so.

#2: That was not an attack of your character.

#3: I like this idea. I think we should implement it. Give mappers a few weeks to make some maps, hold off on submitting them and then submit them all at once. This poses one major problem, which is that nobody will want to go through 50 pages of maps. So we should post them not only on NUMA but on the breakaway forums at http://www.nwotn.com/ because these guys are hilarious and we need to invade their privacy. Also, it will give them some god damn maps to play that might actually be good.

#4: Pie! Bupo! ONYX IS EMERGES!

i done'd thought i spellin was goood

yeah, nwotn.com (cbf BBCoding it) needs more maps, & good ones at that

but zoas wanted it to be themed a bit, & if you release the theme(s) 3 weeks before the event then its just another boring NUMA event

i bet this is how metanet feels about n v1.5 willard
