you are supposed to express your feeling in that poll, i mean, MAYBE technically (you can't 100% trust internet) it is fruit, but still, everyone treats it as vegetable, eru explained it the bestPig2 wrote:In regards to the tomato poll: it depends if I am considering it in terms of nutrition/food pyramid or in terms of technicality. If i hear any more of this 'TOMATO IS A VEGETABLE' propaganda I'm withdrawing from the competition, (although you'd want that... wouldn't you van?)vankusss wrote:you are supposed to express your feeling in that poll, i mean, MAYBE technically (you can't 100% trust internet) it is fruit, but still, everyone treats it as vegetable, eru explained it the bestPig2 wrote:In regards to the tomato poll: it depends if I am considering it in terms of nutrition/food pyramid or in terms of technicality. I don't wholly understand your point. A fruit, by its very definition, is the seed-bearing organ of a plant. Tomato happens to be the seed-bearing part of the tomato plant, so a tomato simply IS a fruit. I am not worried about what the internet says. Zucchini, capsicum, squah, egg plant, pumpkin... they're all fruits as well, for the same reason. It doesn't matter whether you can eat them with chocolate or not. They are still fruit, and I will consider them as such.you are supposed to express your feeling in that poll, i mean, MAYBE technically (you can't 100% trust internet) it is fruit, but still, everyone treats it as vegetable, eru explained it the best

What? that doesn't make sense to me. if tomato = fruit, then I'm happy (and correct) and van's an obnoxious lunatic (which secretly, we knew all along). also pig2 is correct and furthermore, vankusss tried to tell me cucumber is a vegetable... hello! definitely a fruit not a vegetable! mmmm also, i improved my blur score... but I'm not showing... yet >:DDaikenkai wrote:so just wondering, are you gonna do that bottom half of all the groups at the end of the group rounds becomes the amateur group, or not?
