I have to agree with kablamo, make up your decision before posting the winner. It makes you look bad and pagorative. Even though ghm deserved the win, you shouldn't have changed the winner at the last second, the rules are within 24 hours, and the judge must chose one winner, you should probably review the rules before you win again...

Kablamo wins. Though there were flaws in his map, his has passing gameplay combined with understanding and execution relating to the theme.
