by they way, I started compiling a list of all the highscore rankings starting from 2004 just because I thought it would be interesting, but before I go any further I thought I should ask if anyone has already done this?

Not that I'm aware of, however, I'd be interested to see the players scores in graph format - so when xaelar overtook lim and when players peaked in terms of top-20s etc. also if you could find out definitevely what my first top-20 was I'll love you forever, I suspect it's 42-0 but I'm not sure.

The earliest post i could find in which you talk about a top 20 is on November 16, 2006 and it's level 69-1. But I doubt that was your first. I'll keep an eye out for you though.

Yeah I downloaded that graph a while ago, it would be very interesting to have a complete graph, AND! it wouldn't be very difficult to edit our Highscore Spreadsheet (or create another one) so it updates the graph with all the current 0ths.
So we would always have a complete and updated spreadsheet.
Just a suggestion.

EDIT: Just something like this spreadsheet I've just created, im not an expert on Excel but we could put this in a new spreadsheet or in the current, and when we update the other, we update this as well, its very easy so, only 2 minutes and we would have the spreadsheet updated. We'd be adding a column in the spreadsheet every new rankins comes out,and you know...

PS: In this spreadsheet I've only used xaelar and vankusss, and only the previous 2 rankings.
Also, I didnt know how to put the date in the X-bar, so I put numbers, this should be changed of course.
And yes, the complete graph is crap, but you know what I mean xD.

I've had highscores since at least 2005 it would seem, and possibly even 2004. dunno - I tried using the waybackmachine

yes, I saw that one as I was gathering the data and I will be doing something similar.

Just an update and a teaser - I've finished sifting through all the posts on both forums and by my count, the most recent highscore rankings table was number 109. Also, there have been a total of 51 unique players to ever make the top 10 hs list. I have some goodies planned so it will be a little while longer before I'm finished but hopefully you all are looking forward to it.

I wouldn't expect 51 :O Though i guess last 5 years there were like 3 changes. And I'm still looking forward to it, what's the estimated time of arrival? :)

Today I just got to 18h of Total Level Score, and I've only highscored around 135 levels!
(The others levels which I dont have a Top-20, I dont even have done them with the correct route and that, so I've got lots of levels to choose my way to go to 19h!).

Btw I did some calculations (mostly summing numbers) and it turned out that my innovs added approximately 27,8 seconds to metanet boards (not necessarily performed by me, though).

Just some adjustments Eru. I am not sure who you don't have ignored that is taking away a 0th from TFK, maybe pokemaniac? but the threshold for the rankings is still 3.

Nope this happened a few rankings back after I post this ill go try and link it.

The rundown:

This week began with Eru taking xela's Ep11, then Ep18 saw some more action, she has been traded like a New York City hooker for the past few weeks. This week she end up in van's hands with a 1.250 second difference from the total level score making it one of the fastest Episodes on the boards. Hendor popped in and snagged 16-3 in true ninja style with out a word. Lim lost two more 0ths this week 28-0 and Ep46 thanks to van and Eru respectively. Eru grabbed .400 over Lim on 46. Van broke a 3 way tie for 0th on 28-0 and even beat ANGERFIST by a frame. Ska took van's 3.175 lead on 49-2 down to a frame during this week and then today he beat van by a frame leaving only 1 frame left on that map until someone finds a route to beat all of the drones?O.o... Well get on that Raif.
