Now that I finally have time to follow this contest, I have questions...

Urr'Gnash, oh prolifigate one, if we get a Demon pack that tells us to double the number of - say - rocket launchers, but we don't get any rocket launchers, should we just ignore it, or add some in?

If it tells you to double your rocket launchers but you didn't get any, you still will have 0 rocket launchers :(
