all of these maps are fun, and all of them had metanesque factors, but Erik-Player's map felt the most like a metanet map.

For intense atmosphere eganic wins, but nDEAVOUR made a map I love! :) Eganic, your map was just frustrating throughout and the aesthetics are low. nDEAVOUR your gameplay was remarkable but aesthetits were ahh....

Imo you've set your expectations too high for a single day. Perhaps you should call a related theme, such as a "hand made" map, which has a patched together quality or some other connotation. This will be the theme if no-one submts by tomorrow, if Be_Nspired agrees.

Alternatively, set up a seperate comp for image maps, unless there's already one up and running.
