I "sniped back" 8-3 from vankuss by 1 frame at first, then by 2 frames. (I would call it "defended")

Thx TRO, though there aren't probably much crappi 0ths left.

8-3 back by 1 frame, got .5 once and .525 twice before getting that... Dunno how much is left.

Yea I know there are few frames left :( but I don't really enjoy going for them. I died at the mine next to exit at 1084, that would have been fast.
Enough un-important talk.
8-2.

EDIT: for people who aren't aiming at 0th, the cj at 8-2 isn't necessary to be faster than old route. Just do a pj -> wj -> land on bb (that's actually what I was trying at first, got 186.550 with that).

Nice run! I actually thought of that reverse perp jump innov not that long ago, but I had problems with the lasers later on. I may try for a top 20 later then. also good luck to van, xela and kool for player of the year!

hm :/ it was inevitable, but I'll try later again. I'm sure there is something left, i won't believe level like that can be maxed
thx ska, it's one of the rare times where my run involving new route doesn't entirely suck leaving it vulnerable to others [pronounce as xaelar]

I have to ask, was there any time when you were going after my 0th and you couldn't get it? If you answer yes, I'll be less scared.
Also, why is ep 8 so important? I mean, you seemed like not giving a shit about your other ex-0ths you lost in last days...

You have to remember xaelar is about 36 in N years.

Granted this puts me in my late 60's to 70's but who's counting?

Yes there were. But it's often only a matter of will to sacrifice more time.

What 'more time' means?
I'm going to buy some ham.

EDIT:

What's the Math behind that? I guess I'm exactly 1 year older in real life.

well actually, it doesn't even consider a player's actual age, rather just comparing a player's playing experience compared to the day N was first released. So, approximately when did you first earn a Top-20 score? each real life year since may 2004 is roughly about 12 N years.

In that case I guess xaelar is about 48 N years old ;)

Awesome stuff. 8-2 is now absurdly fast. 8-0 is pretty sweet too, very clean. As for whether if you take ep8 it will be ownage, I gave xaelar a *ed ownage when he had ep3 but was tied on 3-2. So idk if it is a true ownage, you might as well get 1 more frame so we don't have to worry about the semantics.
