I've had such a good week of highscoring that I had to register for the new forums:

80-4 - One fewer walljump in the transition from upper-right to upper-left. The bottom-left is different too, but I bounce off too many things for that corner jump to be effective.

83-4 - 0th if you ignore L3X. If you don't, then at least I reached the key eight frames earlier. The only route change is in my right half's upper-left.

78-1 - This run speaks for itself.

Welcome to the forums! Awesome run on 78-1. Pop on down to #n-highscores on IRC sometime for competition. I'm admittedly not active all that much on there, but there's usually at least one or two other people there who would be more than happy to compete on some NUMA maps.
[16:24] <@golfkid> I'm pretty sure I will literally scream if I die on the last column of 78-4 at this point
[16:25] <trance> Oh, yeah. That level.
[16:29] <@golfkid> lol
[16:30] <@golfkid> It looks so simple
[16:30] <@golfkid> But it says "NO! I will rape your sanity!"

Add 35-4 now. That's three from xaelar this week!

What's funny is that I went for this 0th because of a corner jump, but I don't actually hit it in my run.

Took 12-2, 35-4, 80-4 and tied 60-1.

80-4 was a nice run!
I don't know where you want to do a cornerjump on 35-4 ;)

EDIT: Wow... your 78-1 is awesome!

Darn it xaelar. By the way none of the recent runs are on n-reality as Unreality's server is flaky at the moment.

Edit: Good to have you on the forums and amazing 78-1.

It's Analu!

I've seen you around on some speedrun highscores, but I never really go on highscore mode, so you probably have no idea who I am :P
Welcome to the forums, it's good to see you here.
Reminds me - I still need to register on n-highscores :P

Is the corner jump on 35-4 going up the right hand side, just after the last door-switch?

Agreed on 78-1, that run is immense!

:/ As good as the 78-1 run may be, in my opinion, it's not excellent. I probably look at it that way because every highscore i've got on NReality so far is on speedrun, so i'm used to pretty quick runs.

Obviously Analu's got a big lead from xaelar, but if I could get those two corner-jumps in one run, i'd probably be up for the 0th.

Not being mean, in any way, just saying that it's not that excellent in my view. Keep it up with the 0ths, though.

It's not just the corner jumps. Some of those tricks where he skips over the inclines are really difficult to get that perfectly (case in point the last three).

Another amazing day today, with new 0ths on 81-1, 81, and a big improvement on my own 81-4.
glib_jase wrote:Is the corner jump on 35-4 going up the right hand side, just after the last door-switch?=
That's the one.

I wouldn't say I hit those perfectly. It's really just about the difficulty of both corner jumps.

btw, xaelar, that was a very nice 80-4.

EDIT: While we're on the subject of "Analu takes 0ths in 81", how about one in 81-3 where I miss the last jump? (ignoring crappitrash)

That run on 81-4 is superb! I don't know how anyone can stand to play 81-1 though, it's a horrible level.

You're right about 78-1. I was responding based on my memory of my first impression. Still it's a very nice run.

Who are you talking to darkshadow?

I'm on a roll as well, on speedrun. Just beat your old 36-2 0th Analu :P

Kryx bites the dust on 81-3 if you ignore crappitrash. :)
