Contest Has Been Rebooted!

Rules

NErratic is a contest where a map will be chosen at random(mostly) and participants will have 1 week to submit runs/AGD demos for the map. The map selector(who is not allowed to participate the round they select the map for) will go to the random page on NUMA. They will then choose two maps from the first list of results and will link to the map in their post. After 1 week is up the winner of AGD that round will choose a new random map for the rest to submit AGDs for and the same for the speedrunner winner. Contest will start on Monday next week.

Notes
1) There will be a seperate bracket/winners for speedruns and AGDs. Please specify if you want to be in AGD, speedrun or both.
2) I will be keeping the list of participants seperate from this because of an annoying glitch when typing out the participants names. They will be kept in an organized spreadsheet on my laptop.
3) There will be 1 map for AGD and 1 map for Speedrun.
4) If you win a round you must choose 2 maps (1 for AGD and 1 for speedrun) by the end of Monday or I will choose them for you.

As requested, here is reboot #2.
With modifications to the contest. Instead of going to the random page try to find maps from lesser known mappers (I didn't but it's 1:30 am and I'm tired, get over it).

More details? Who wins? When does it end? What's the scoring?

Damn .. dangerously close to exam time ...
How do you win/score? When does this end? What's the final prize (if there is one)? How do you achieve this final prize?

Once those questions are answered, I'll decide. Edging towards going for it.

It's like the Paradigm Shift Contest, it just goes until it dies. You win by either having the fastest speedrun or the best AGD. I'm keeping a spreadsheet of the winners. The winners will get a userbar that is coming soon. The scoring is like the Paradigm Shift, you win or you lose and then I keep a list of those winners. That I will keep updated in the OP.

I like this type of comp, not too much pressure with one map a week. I'll join for now.

Sounds good. you can jump in whenever you want, and have no penalties if you have a busy week and can't participate. Count me in when able.

Took the 0th by half a second last night. We'll see how that holds up through the rest of the week.

A'ight since I just took the 0th by a frame (for now) I guess that means I'm in.

Just to let you know, my username on highscores is beginner2. So, if you don't see mediate there, you know why :P
EDIT: And ... it doesn't seem like I can beat the 0th anytime soon, so w/e. Patiently awaiting round 2.

NEW CHANGES TO THE CONTEST
There will be 1 map for AGD and 1 map for Speedrun. If you win a round you must submit 2 maps (1 for AGD and 1 for speedrun) by the end of Monday or I will choose them for you.It looks like vankusss wins followed closely by aerodynamic and golfkid. Pick the next 2 maps by the end of Monday or I will be choosing 2 maps myself, just to stop delays as much as possible.
Also I just realized I picked a map with no gold so AGD userbar will not be going to anyone this round.

So I have to create 2 maps today or do I have time till next monday? I can't make them today, give me at least 1-2 days. And they won't be anything special I guess, due to my mapping experience and overall sucking.

No, no, this is not vehemence :P I think he means just pick 2 random maps, one for speedrun and one for AGD. Like he did a while back. I wish vehemence would start again though ...

Firstly, thanks for ignoring my question.
Secondly, that's honestly a stupid map choice. Why would anyone play MTI on userlevels when they can just play it on metanet and possibly get top-20 / 0th? If yours counter-argument is like 'then play it on metanet, i'll count runs posted there', then just accept xaelar as winner of this round and move on.
This is like I expected it to be - no rules = mess.
Drop me out, if you keep a list of contestants, that is (which i kinda doubt).

EDIT: If this post feels like I'm just criticising, I am. I do however appreciate the iniciative, it's just not executed well so far. Also it's just my opinion, but from what I saw there weren't much runs on round 1 map (from this year, there were some old runs).

You tried playing it? It's definitely not MTI.

Ok, It's for speedrun, but does that change anything? Metanet sr 0th is still > userlevel 0th.

What he was trying to say is that its been NReality modded to have no friction on the ground. However, I still agree that I would like a different sr map if you're not too buggered to look up and suggest.
