As stipulated in the rules, you can defend your 0th... but honestly, this is like eBay, if you want to get tricky and submit minutes before the deadline, I'm not going to stop you, which is why you want to be pretty confident in your run; and, seeing Eddy's run, I would be confident if I was him.

An alternative proposal would be that there has to be at least a 24 hour grace period after the last submitted 0th in order to prevent such devious activity. Would you guys be in favor of such an amendment?

Nah, Im fine with the current system, people will have to be confident enough with their runs as you said. Just for the sake of this, I improved my run by 10 frames. Now doing the last cj properly.

Nah, you can just PM me. That way I can relay the duel request, and check exactly how long it's been since the duel was initiated.

Only Eddy for now, I might think about implementing this later. Eddy seems to overcome practically every challenge he's faced and unless someone out-duels him soon, it's game over!

Edit: From now on, please post updates to runs you've improved in this thread so I don't have to go through all the levels again. If you don't, you're runs may not be counted.

No, it's not that. I'm fully aware that I didn't place high enough on 223043. We agreed that I had 235 a while back, and since then I've completed 30, 33, 34, and 35 for a combined total of 150 points. That would give me a total of 385. I guess I was wrong before. Do you disagree with any of that?

well, it didn't until now, since, you know... I didn't update in a week or so, I had to go through them all again... but now it would be helpful... I also think you're close to finishing off this comp with a well deserved win, mi amigo.

I might be wrong, but I think I have 490 points: I did 1), 2), 7), 9), 16), 18), 19), 21), 27), 30), 31), 32), 33), 34) and 35). Shouldn't that be 490?

it's odd... i had every single number you referenced.... i still ended with 455. hang on, i'll upload the excel file, if you can pick out a difference, I'll double the number I was off by to your total as an an act of good will.

I found the discrepancy. On the first page of this thread you have the award for 34) as 60 points, while in the spreadsheet you have it as 25. That explains the difference between the scores macrohenry and I have calculated, and what you have calculated.

Ahh so thats the reason of my miscalculations as well, I was missing 35 points on the recount. Bounty 38 done btw, and thats an awesome 205 points more! (thats if we include the 5 points duel :P).

Bounty 37 done, and that 1500 points! Sorry guys, game over ^^

yes, of course haha, congratulations. A truly deserved win.

(I also added 35 bonus points to ari for finding the mistake and will create a wiki page soon for his achievements)
