This is the first challenge/competition I thought of:

1)Player 1 makes a map and posts it here.
2)Player 2 makes a map and posts it here.
3)Player 3 makes a map and posts it here.
4)Once those 3 maps are submitted, Player 4 (the next person to comment/post) picks what he thinks is the best map from those 3.
5)Player 4 then modifies the map, modifying/placing/deleting 20 tiles, and then 20 objects. The new map is posted here, with credit to the original map's author.
6)Repeat Steps 1-5 again, until 12 modified maps are made. I will judge those maps, and give a first, second and third prize.
7)I will try to place 8 of the 12 modified maps in a mini-mappack (the 8 best ones), and I'll give credit to the original map's author, and the modifier.

First prize: Userbar, 8 RCEs, and a map based off one of your tilesets
Second prize: Userbar, 6 RCEs
Third prize:5 RCEs
But remember, its not ONLY for the prizes, it's also to be in the mini-mappack.

Does there have to be a specific theme/genre of map? Say a spooky race or a Christmas action etc.?

sounds pretty fun. ill give it a try. though i think ill need a little bit more info first.

ahh, ok. im not the best with action maps but i will try to make one for someone to modify. so after i have already made a map and the two other people have made a map. do i modify the other maps aswell?

First map. I'm terrible at action maps so I kinda made it into an action-y race. How surprising of me. Anyways, it's kinda bad but should be good to alter. It's also my first Nreality map that has worked, so yer. You gotta be quick which adds tension, and i guess that's what makes it kind of action-y. Have fun!

Do we have to use the theme or was it just a suggestion for those who wanted one?

A nice reccomendation, but you don't have to use it. It depends on who the 4th player(judge) will be. So basically it is safe to use the reccomended theme
