N can't create a new user in Ubuntu

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble making a new N account. As of now, I'm running N under Ubuntu using Wine. Note: I'm not using the Linux file, but the Windows file under Ubuntu, mainly because only the Windows file worked.

Any thoughts?
