Have you tried restarting then playing? Try updating your flash player too, though it might not help much.

Unfortunately, it's a Vista problem. The only known fix is disabling your computers sound device.

I found the quickest way to do this is by right clicking the volume icon on the system tray --> Playback Devices --> Right Click Speakers --> Disable

It's quite inconvenient, but I hope this helps.
