well, maybe your .sol file got corrupted. That kinda sucks then. Search for a .sol file in your comp. it should look like: n_v14b_userdata.sol or something along the lines.

yes, it is exactly like that. windows wipes that stuff every now and then...best thing to do is save your new .sol in an external device

control panel>folder options>view hidden folders

my computer > c drive > documents and settings > user name > Application data/appdata > macromedia > flash player > #SharedObjects > random series of numbers and letters > localhost > .sol file

CCleaner could be guilty too. Don't ever use it unless you have a backup .sol.

CCleaner should be fine as long as you add the file with your .sol files to the Exclude list, though it always helps to have a backup of your .sol file just in case something happens.

Chances are your .sol file got corrupted. There's really nothing you can do about it except to keep backups.

This has happened to me twice now. Keeping a copy elsewhere on your computer works, too - I saved mine to another user's documents folder and it restores well now, but it's still annoying to have lost my progress (which was everything except MTI onwards =() even that once, because there was a huge amount of time in that. I know how you feel.

CCleaner is just a program which clears unnecessary files from your computer. Under the Applications tab, you can choose for it leave Adobe Flash Players files alone. Do that, and CCleaner won't ever interfere with your .sol again. That said, it's always important for you to store back up copies of your data, in case any freak event corrupts it.
