Reset Slowdown

I'm not sure if this is a recurring problem, or it's just me, but I've been playing the map "Blue Flagship", and encountering some slowdown. It's only slight, but enough to get me repeatedly killed, despite my lack of skill at the game. The only reason I can think of this is the constant reseting. I'm playing the map via Ned, and constantly reseting it (Hey, I'm not that good). But after the first reset, the rocket sound effect indefinatly loops. The slowdown starts to kick in after a while, and eventually all sound goes, apart from the Rocket sound effect.

Any ideas on how to sort it out?
