I read through most of the old threads on here, and couldn't find anything on n.wikia.com about it... Sometimes after playing for a while, a slope will be all glitchy and hard to jump off of when you run up it. Like it's studdering or something. Anyways, I'm having a hard time beating 88-1 because of it. Any pointers/fixes to this glitch?

Stutter-stepping on slopes is a part of the game. It can get pretty annoying, especially on 88-1, but sadly there's no fix for it other than practicing your timing. If you keep at it, your slope-jumps will get more reliable. Good luck!

You're going to have to practise to your perpendicular jumping or you'll never pass the level.

yep, no glitch at all just one of the nuances of the game...its not really a problem once you get good enough, you realize it and make your jumps accordigly...
