I see some maps with them, and they're launchpads, but how do I make them? I want to make a map with those.

When you make a launchpad, you'll notice the launchpad has a number ^ coordinates and then 2 more floating point numbers before the !. This is the power of the spring horizontally and vertically. A teleporter is just 2 launchpads: a sender launchpad, whose power has been made extremely high, and a receiving launchpad which instantly decellerates you. It's hard to perfect launchpads.
