By pressing fn delete you can get tiles, but how do you get objects?! There is no num lock button so I am very confused.

Because it's extremely cool to hate on Apple PC products. Gosh!SlappyMcGee wrote:I'm not sure why everybody here is being a dick about the Macbook Pro. It's a fantastic machine for parts/cost.

I can say I love iPods without cringing.SlappyMcGee wrote:I hate Apple seven times as much as the next guy, don't get me wrong, but credit where credit is due.
You might as well use a Zune, bro! They're slick and awesome!brighter wrote:I can say I love iPods without cringing.SlappyMcGee wrote:I hate Apple seven times as much as the next guy, don't get me wrong, but credit where credit is due.
Perhaps all's not lost for me...
From what I've read, the iPod seems to trump it still. Anything specific I should be aware of (seeing as I will be buying an MP3 player with my xmas dollar very soon...)?SlappyMcGee wrote:You might as well use a Zune, bro! Well, I'm certainly intrigued... I'll do some solid research into these before I decide. Thanks a lot! :)SlappyMcGee wrote:Well, I don't know if you purchase music, but if you do, the Zune Pass is amazing! Fifteen dollars a month, you can download as much music as you want, and you get to keep ten songs at the end of each month! So, you're basically paying five dollars a month for a perfectly legal wide-ranged good-download-speed unlimited music, plus you're buying ten songs a month. Which is very cool.
It can output video in HD, if you go for the High End Zune HD.
I don't know how good your computer is, but the Zune Software looks really pretty if you have a decent one.
It has a built in "Find Album Information" that works even if you didn't import the album with their software.
Mine is virtually unbreakable. I got it soaking wet at the Vans Warped Tour last year, and moshed with it on, battering it. After it dried off, it works flawlessly.
The price is usually a bit better.
That's all I got.
How does the Zune software compare to iTunes?SlappyMcGee wrote:Well, I don't know if you purchase music, but if you do, the Zune Pass is amazing! "fn+delete" will give you tiles, but I prefer using "fn+." because:Sondrigal wrote:By pressing fn delete you can get tiles, but how do you get objects?! There is no num lock button so I am very confused.
Aah, but my norml mp3 player that cost $35 for 4 gig is just as good as your ipod. (well, as long as you don't mind imperfect software.) but I can work around that.SlappyMcGee wrote:Well, I don't know if you purchase music, but if you do, the Zune Pass is amazing! What.Rhekatou wrote:Just delete the songs you never listen to
It's called cost-efficiency.
The product does fit you.Techno wrote:What.Rhekatou wrote:Just delete the songs you never listen to

When I buy a product, I want the product to fit me, not for me to fit into the product.
