I poorly know English but try to get along.
My problem is that such a test as my map in the editor is 1 mouse click = 1fps.
As to the picture does not move just as a mouse click on a picture like moving about 1 fps and again in 1 click - 1 fps , 1 click - 1 fps.
Help Pls.

You need to turn caps lock on.
