I just got N+ for Vista, but when i start level 00, i can't move. I have gone into settings and changed the keys, but it doesn't save. :(

Just to, uh, clarify, since I don't think there's an immediately apparent solution to your problem. When you say you just got N+ for Vista, you mean you just got N, right? You don't mean that you got an emulator version of the Xbox game?
