Hey, I'm on Episode 88, level 4...and I assume I will be for a whiiiile. In the highscores menu, I know you are able to selectively pick which level you would like to play, assuming that you've already gotten to it in the story mode. My question is whether or not beating a level from the highscore menu will count the same as beating it from the story mode menu... Like.. could I close out of the game, go right to level 04 in the episode, BEAT IT, then expect to be able to access episode 89?

Nope, unfortunately you will not be able to do that. :(
