Today we were trying to get my friend on NUMA. We go to the part where you have to put in a username and a password on 'configure' section on the N game. We put in his username and his password to find out "error, cannot make new player". We soon find out that the problem was that we were offline. Do you know the solution to getting online?

You connect to the internet? (That is pretty much it)

Turn online score submission, above online status, on.

Check if any firewalls are blocking access.

That happened to me too, except it says my account doesn't exist, even though it does, and NUMA is the proof.
Maybe make the account anyway, and try logging in to NUMA, and see if it works..

Now There's more. We put it in and the confirmation email pops up. We put in a email and go to the sent email. Once we get there and click on the link that should activate the account it brings us to the activation page again. Kinks in NUMA right now?

Oh, the server's down right now. That has to be the problem 'cause highscores aren't working right now.
