Does anyone know why there isn't a version of N+ for the Wii? I would buy it but I don't have a 360, DS, or a PSP.
90% of teens today would die if Myspace had a system failure and was completely destroyed.
If you are one of the 10% that would be laughing, copy and paste this into your signature.

There never was any plans to be on the Wii. Simple enough.
It would be kinda neat for the Wii, but I don't think any of the Wii's controllers would work right for a game that requires such speed, skill, and quick thinking.

I agree, Supersmashbros brawl was a mess to me.. too confusing controls, they had no pointing with the WiiMote even.. but youd have to hold it sideways and i dunno, kind of not refined enough for N+

When Metanet signed on with Microsoft to put a game in the Live Arcade, they agreed to a one-year exclusivity deal on the Xbox. That meant they could bring the game to handhelds but not other consoles for a full year.
Coincidentally... That one-year deal expired two days ago.
I'm sure Metanet will want to work on Robotology and other titles in the coming years (they've always been opposed to "sequel-itis"), but if they decide that bringing N to Wii would be a good idea, they can do it now.

The last Metroid is in captivity. The galaxy is at peace...

Sorry for getting to the discussion so late -- one reason is that when we started N+ XBLA WiiWare hadn't even been announced yet! Also
The way things turned out with N+ we could only manage one console at a time; at this point we want to focus on making some new games, but conceivably at some point we might try to do some version of N (N++?) for WiiWare or PSN. It's hard to find experienced console developers who aren't busy working on their own projects!
