or when robotology is finished

After robotology is done, you can track the progress here.

But when does v1.5 come out?

Expected release date was sometime two or three years ago. N+ made it into the queue prior to that, and Robotology is on the horizon before v1.5 drops. That's the best we've got, but I've given up hope that we're actually going to see it before the air in the community leaves (Which was a couple years ago).
