I guess it's okay, but a little to mundane for my preference. not enough oumph, nothing that really attracts me to it. 3/5

This was, without a doubt, one of the best things I've ever found on here.
9/10 - 1 because 'The Pixies is just a band'.
So 8/10

Edit: and also because 'Led Zeppelin is just a band'.

I do like the guitar, but I wasn't really a fan of the vocals. Felt kind of, like, dry? I dunno. Lacking oomph. 3/5?

I had high hopes for this song because the beginning had so much potential to be built upon. Instead it was abandoned in favour of a pretty standard dubstep song. 3/5

Funny you should post that, I often find myself going to YouTube to listen to that exact track. I like it, but not enough to get the album. I just need that extreme metal fix sometimes, though. 3/5

The long intro is a bit scattered sounding, but it has a cool sound to it. It's a pity most people haven't heard Yael Naim aside from New Soul, she makes really awesome music. 8.7/10

The Lightning Strike - Snow Patrol

This is one song on the CD, but as it's just over 16 min long it's chopped up on YouTube. The whole thing is really 3 movements, kind of like a classical symphony or concerto. The links for each are below.

What If This Storm Ends? (Part 1 of The Lightning Strike)
The Sunlight Through The Flags (Part 2 of The Lightning Strike)
Daybreak (Part 3 of The Lightning Strike)

One; Boring pop-alt-rock stretched over a grueling sixteen minutes.

9/10

I wouldn't usually listen to that out of choice, but I pretty much like all types of music, and that was very good.

I was like, what the hell until the guitar part. It was kinda cool, but I didn't like the intro being traditional and then switching to contemporary instrumentation. I'm a fan of the idea, but the song itself is so overplayed it kinda didn't do it for me.
8/10

There was something about the vocals that irked me slightly, but very good song otherwise. 8.0/10

Nine - This is probably my favorite Amon Tobin single. Simply, electronica done right. A fantastic video, also.

Possibly the greatest cover I've ever heard.

8/10 Loved the vibe it gave, and the use of needless amounts of instruments. Might check them out

I Like Money - Millionaires
Drop it down, raise it up
Side to side, left to right
Lick your lips, flip your hair
Watch him sweat over there
High heels, make-up, fake eyelashes
Look at you, you're so damn plastic!
Acrylics on with orangey skin
That lipo really made you thin
Tease it, spray it, make it big
Your hair's so big it's like a wig
Your skirt is short, your top is low
Speed it up, it's way too slow!
You like it when I rock my hips,
so why you starin' at my tits?
So go to him and make him work
for what he's got and how you twirk
Look over here!
and let me see that body rock
Get over here!
I know you like what I've got
Look over here!
and let me see that body rock
Get over here!
I'll show you what I've got
Okay!
Cigarettes, 80 proof
Take my picture, I'm so damn cute!
Fake ID's, lots of cash
Race that Benz, we go real fast
2 a.m. and I'm still goin'
Pour my drink, it's overflowin'!
Take me home, rough me up
No one's here so lets just fuck!
Let me see you break it down
on the floor, to the ground
He's so hot with all those tats
Especially in that LA hat
Diamond plugs, septum rings
I Like Money! Bling, bling, bling!
Here's my number, hit me up
We're livin' life!
You know whats up
Look over here!
and let me see that body rock
Get over here!
I know you like what I've got
Millionaires are here to stay
Watch your boys, we're here to play
Millionaires are here to stay
Watch your boys, we're here to play
Look over here!
and let me see that body rock
Get over here!
I know you like what I've got
Look over here!
and let me see that body rock
Get over here!
I'll show you what I've got
There, those are the lyrics. And no, you don't want to listen that song.
