Post your instruments here to share with the world.
I own a BC Rich Warlock, a beastly metal guitar:
With this amp, a Marshall MG30DFX:
And an Epiphone Expedition, a mini travel acoustic:

I have a couple of guitars and amps. This is my baby:
Fender Highway One Jazz
I've been meaning to take pictures of my instruments, I'll edit this post with what I have when I do.

Takamine g-series electro acoustic. I also have a standard encore dreadnought and an old classic nylon strung guitar, but this is my main.

You all are lucky bastards. I'm thinking about getting a half decent, but cheap, acoustic. Anyone know how much that'd cost?

Probably about $400-$500.
Here is my main shredder, an Ibanez SZ520
I play on a crappy Fender Stage 1000.
I plan to get a new amp in the next few months.
I can't really get a picture of my acoustic, since I can't take one right now and it happens to be 32 years old. It is an Alvarez. Very nice, had a reconstruction in the body once, and sounds like a beaut.
I love it.
I have a Strat, but it isn't very good, just a standard Mexican. I did get the pickguard signed by Eric Johnson, one of my favorite guitarists.
I've been playing for about 6 years now, and I don't plan on ever stopping :D.

Now come on... why are these only guitars?

There's a photo of me playing the Harp - which actually isn't mine, but the owner lets me use it. I don't actually have a photo of me on the lever harp. At any rate, this is a
Camac Atlantide.
Don't have a photo of me playing my Trumpet on me... I'll get one and put it here later.
And no photos of my singing... yet.

My axe is an American model 1994 Ibanez RG 270. (The only standard RG with a maple fretboard, ever.) Somewhat of a rarity, bought at a pawn shop who didn't realise the (questionable) significance.
I've got a custom Floydie and Evo II bridge pickups.
Enjoy!

Guys, play a real string instrument.
My music maker is an 1961 Arthur E Smith violin. Apparently it's the last one he made before he died.

Pish posh. Violins are pretend things that pretentious fogeys play in golden palaces in alien places. I don't even believe they're real.

Violins are cool. Personally I think electronic ones are better (for a change), because they can be made to be much louder than normal ones can. It's inconvenient to have 50 violins when half of them can't play the right melody; better sometimes to have less that can, but more sound.

I have a recorder. :shame:
I'm getting an acoustic guitar for music, I hope to get a keyboard soon, but not
that (look up) kind of keyboard. You know what I mean.
Looks a little somethin' like this.

Umm... he was serious.
What's wrong with the Recorder? Any instrument can sounds completely awesome when played well.
Sweet, acoustic guitar. If My personal preference for guitars are acoustics with a lead, so they can be amplified too.
Any ideas on the keyboard you want? Personally I'd go for one with a large range, but I don't think you can get close to that of an upright Piano.

I own a BC Rich Warlock, a beastly metal guitar:
BC Rich Guitars look awesome, but i find that their design is impractical. They seriously poke you in the ribs while you're trying to play them which Is why I don't use them.
I have a generic Squier Electric, an Ibanez Electric-Acoustic, and some sort of acoustic, can't remember company name. I also have a tuba, which I'm awesome at.
I think I have a gif of me with the electric somewhere...

Haha, classy thread to turn up in Borealis. We know what you are all about, but some of the newer guys might not know, and I would sure like to see them again. :P

Yaaaaaaay! You're back! :D
New photos would be cool, because while I'm sure I've seen photos before, I don't remember any of them.
Also, if you check back soon, how's the whole "kids" idea going?

Ah, your right. I didn't see it as anything special because everyone in the third grade where I live gets the same instrument, and learns the same song. I should research it more. =)
As you can see, I don't know much about music. I try to research as much as I can, but there are still a lot of things I don't know.
It's actually a stage piano I want. It's a M-Audio Pro Keys 88sx
Features taken directly from
Amazon.
* Premium stage piano loaded with 14 world-class instrument samples
* Designed with split and layer capabilities
* Doubles as a great master controller keyboard with a built-in USB interface
*
Connects to your PC or Mac, communicates with other MIDI gear, and more-I'm getting a laptop soon, hopefully. =D
* Measures 13 x 5.9 x 57 inches (WxHxD)
Costs $350 on Amazon. Good, bad, average?
I have no idea what guitar I'm getting. Everyone in class (Only 9 people, which is why we're so lucky to get one) will get the same one I believe. I'll ask those questions to my teacher two days from now.
*Goes to find recorder*
Before post Edit: Whoa, he's back!
EDIT: I also have one of those kid pianos from when I was 9.

Looks like a decent Piano. Hard to tell from the picture, but I think it's got 6 octaves, which is pretty good for a keyboard.
Hopefully the extra octave will be in the bass... if not it's not that useful.

Found that pic of my Ibanez I was looking for. It's a dead guy's guitar, his wife sold all his guitars after he died. I got it really cheap. :)
EDIT: Huh, didn't realize it was Christmas when I took this pic.

I know, not the greatest, but whatever. Still saving up for a better one. Maybe a Fender in the $600-&800 range. Jaguar HH Special Edition maybe.
