Finally, a way to decide just who Metanet's favorite cartoon character is. A massive contest where only a final character emerges supreme.

The first topic is to announce the contest. Each person may nominate one or two characters from a cartoon of their choice in this topic. No double nominations; make sure nobody has nominated the character you'd like to nominate before you go. After that, we'll randomize the list of characters and have them go one v. one in polls, allowing people to vote for their favorite character. At the end of the day, we can finally find out which cartoon character Metanet values most, whether it be Disney's Doug or Nickelodeon's Patti.

The character has to be a member of a cartoon, obviously. It should also be a character. For instance, Leonardo Leonardo from Clerks was voiced by Alec Baldwin, which is a fine nomination, but Alec Baldwin on The Simpsons as voiced by Alec Baldwin is -not-.

Noms will close in two weeks, therefore January 24th. Make sure everyone knows you love Michaelangelo before then.

I'm going to have to take some time to review my favourites and narrow them down, but i'll probably end up with Hank Scorpio as one of my choices. He's just so goddamn cool.
