The bomb was a fun shot, of course. Every time someone watches it, they always wig out and say "that must hurt." Before we shot it, my fellow moviemakers urged me to wear some kind of protection, but I made the decision not to as it would be made more ridiculous. I very deliberately made the audience think "this is a bad idea and he has not thought this one through."
Working with Legos was hard because they're so interesting and distracting. The orignal ending was going to be an arbitrary fight between the protagonist and Darth Vader, both with dinosaur mounts. No joke whatsoever. I'm surprised, now that it's together, that it's so coherent.

Absolutely amazing. I love all the parts mentioned, as well as the bit where the tank rolls over about 50 people and kills them all to the tune of a piano piece. That made me rofl.

Please make more of these.
