I've been watching the crap out of 30 Rock lately, but my all-time favourite has got to be Arrested Development.

There are, however, better shows that don't quite fit the bill of "sitcom", AKA Northern Exposure, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Scrubs.

However, I'd have to go with Father Ted, with Peep Show a close second. Blackadder's probably third.
