I'm sitting here listening to Lost In Regret, mostly because it's the song that came up first, and as the highest number of listens. I'd listen to all three but I'm just about to head off to sleep - I might get back to the other two tomorrow. Anyway:
Beginning is cool. It is a nice lead into the guitar section. Voice sounds good, though I find the rhythm a bit funny. The hard rock mini-sections I find a bit... strong. They work, and I like them musically, but as me I really don't like them - sorry. Melody is catchy though, and the percussion is used very well. I'm going to have to keep it in mind when finishing my pop composition. :D
Conclusion: Cool, but not exactly my style. Still, I'll listen to the other two tomorrow and see if I can create some further helpful comments.
