Mine's 11/8, though 7/8, 5/4, 17/8, 15/8, and classic 4/4 also get special love from me.

I'm kind of a sucker for 6/8, personally. 4/4 gets props for being the basis for essentially every single genre of electronic music, and I wish I was more intimate with other time signatures.

As a listener, no idea. As a composer, 4/4 is classic for a reason, though lately I've been working on some stuff in signatures like 11/4, 5/4, and 13/8. If I had to pick one, though, it'd be 7/8, because I've used it enough that it feels perfectly natural to use.

Anything simple (2/2, 3/4, 4/4, 6/8, 7/8, 8/8, 5/4, 11/8) consistently, or multimetre. Depends on the piece.

I recently wrote a song in 7/8 accidentally. It's really terrible, because the drummer does not know what to do.

My friend showed me a song in 23/16 the other day. It was hilarious. I was the only person who could count it.
On a somewhat related note, I recently discovered how much fun polyrythms are, so you guys could post your favorite of those as well. Mine is 4 vs 7 or 5 vs 7

I've written in 23/8 before, so close enough I guess.
Favorite polyrhythm depends. As a listener, basic 2 vs 3. As a drummer, 3 vs 4. As a guitarist/bassist/keyboardist, it doesn't really matter.

Oh god, I know right. 5/4 gets some love from me, but 3/4|6/8 and 4/4, those normal ones, are what I usually compose in and prefer to listen to.
