Songs About My Cats by Venetian Snares is the only Glitch I've ever really got into but definitely worth the effort.

Get Down by Pita is the only album in recent memory that has struck me as notable. It's crazy glitch. EDIT: It's also crazy non-glitch.
idmtrade is a decent blogsite for dling all sorts of electronic music, including glitch. Boards of Electronica is also good for the genre in general, although unlike the former site the guy maintaining it has chosen not to categorize the albums by genre.
