I have some kind of problem with the taskbar and when it comes to programs how they are stacked on each other.
So the problem is that when I have a program open and press another one down at the taskbar it won´t open without me pressing the minimize to taskbar button in the upper right corner.! Any clues + here is a picture if I was not clear enough! http://i.imgur.com/pMZA1.jpg
