That's a pretty good idea, however, you might want to make it monthly. I"m working on a mappack right now, started it about a week ago, and I've made 2.5 maps... :P
But other than that, I think you should get feedback to decide which to submit. I might do something like this.

pretty good.
liked under fire onwards, except for the last two, the bounceblock one, i thought was just pointless and annoying, and the last one would have been much better with a rocket or gauss or two. all the rest were a bit unpolished and weren't much of a challenge.
