To The Top And Beyond - Probably my best action map of all time.
Oil Rig - Or maybe this. Who knows.
Restricted Movement (jump-only) - One of my best puzzle innovations.
Exchange - Man, this is cool.
Elegant Release - I love the aesthetics, and the gameplay. This is really one of my best.

Error Log

- Fixed Scroll of Genocide, was missing the author. Thanks Leaff.
- Piece of gold was off in Colloquial. Fixed. Thanks toasters.
- Fixed the tag / author on 38-2. Thanks Seneschal / Leaff.
- Fixed the tag / author on two of the maps. Thanks people who mentioned it I forget >_>
- 38-1 was missing a # at the end of the code. Fixed. Thanks Riobe.

Final Words

To sum things up, I believe that this has a lot of my best maps. Sure, you may not like em all that much, but I personally believe most of these are really good! Also, be sure to play through the whole pack, please. I'm sure you'll be more satisfied with the latter maps, as I am not all that good with early maps to begin with. Thanks, and enjoy!

Please Note: Vestiges D&G means there's only maps, nothing else. HOWEVER, please /please/ read either this post or the Construct document. Special thanks and other stuff are found there, and I believe that those people should be acknowledged for their help and consideration. Thanks.

My opinion so far:

<Techno> RIOBE.
<Riobe> TECHNO
<Techno> YOUR MAPPACK
<Techno> FUCKING AMAZINGGGG
<Techno> Every map (so far) is flawless
<Techno> Very original too
<Techno> I can't find too maps I would even remotely call similar
<Techno> 32-4 is so cool, Riobe
<Techno> 35-3 <3333
<Techno> YOU KNOW I LOVE SHIP MAPS
<Techno> I love how diverse the maps are. You can go from a cathedral map in one stage, to an underwater excavation in another, then jumping through avalanches in the next.
<Techno> Still amazed how well the map pack flows.

I recommend this to anyone who's anyone.

People write to me and say, "I’m giving up, you’re not talking to me." I just write them a simple message like, "Never give up," you know? And it changes their life

:D+++++

30-0
like the multiple routes, lots of fun. great way to kick off the pack.

31-4
smooth, like how you didn't go nuts with the guard.

34-2
pretty gold, it grew on me after a few plays.

34-3
played this before, cool progressions. fun jump at the end.

36-0
neat tricks

36-1
more neat tricks

37-0
really pretty, pretty tricky too.

37-4
My favorite of the pack, really great. :D

Overall

You do a good job of maintaining the episodic nature of the pack. you kind of remind me of a neo-astheoceansblue. one thing that bugged the shit out of me was your layering of objects, it seems like all the neo-numa folk do this. stop putting enemies under gold and mines.

Ok, I've decided to comment and rate your pack in two parts. From 30-0 to 34-4 (this one) and from 35-0 to 39-4. I've made this decision for two reasons. Because of the length of this post aaand most importantly because I haven't completed most of the maps of the other half :P
DISCLAIMER

This is solely my opinion, of course you have the right to disagree, but you don't have the right to bash me because you think I'm not in the position or have the experience to rate map. If you do think I don't have the experience to rate/comment, too bad.

Also! Sorry for this disclaimer being a little aggressive, but I feel like it's necessary, just so I don't have to discuss or something like that :D

CONCLUSION

This Map Pack is awesome. Like Techno said, these maps really combine with each other. The passage from one to another is flowy. I DUNNO I'M BAD WITH WORDS. I LIKED IT OVERALL.[/font]

Damn, this is a fine pack. Almost all of the levels were brilliant, and the tileset/object placement on all of them was superb. I totally voted for this in the Drones. :D

My favorites:
  • 30-1 Colloquial - it was too easy to jump over the first mine, but overall it was a large quantity of fun.
  • 31-0 Omg You Broke My Box - great little map with a well-placed rocket. Userlevel'd.
  • 32-1 Articulation - excellent flow with plenty of routes for improvement.
  • 32-4 My Own War - this map was a bitch to complete, but I was ecstatic when I did finish it.
  • 33-0 Observatory: Increased Security - this map looked amazing and played well, I loved it. Userlevel'd.
  • 33-2 Erroneous Intervention - another map which is great for demoing. Userlevel'd.
  • 34-0 Small Number's Can Become Large Problems - (should it be 'numbers'?) demos were cool.
  • 34-2 Coffin - simple concept executed beautifully.
  • 37-4 Twin Snake Shards - the difficulty curve was perfect. Userlevel'd.
  • 38-0 Emitted Transparency - the extra exit wasn't needed, but the inside was awesome.
Demos!
