Messages from Mars – Join the project!
I had the idea to compile 10 maps from 10 different authors to one pack. These maps should be the best these authors can do to create an extraordinary playing experience and should not have been submitted to numa yet. (so every author has to make
1 single map, not
10 ;) )
The final pack will be called “Messages from Mars” and will be submitted by
me to the map pack forums. At this point I will begin to submit maps from the pack to numa one by one, so the numa users will receive 1 message from mars per day (there will be a link to the original authors profile in each single map).
After 10 days, the data transfer from space will be finished and the unwitting terrestrials will be enriched by our knowledge.

I would participate if I felt that I could make 10 worthy maps in 2 weeks. As of right now, I'm having trouble making 5 maps at all in 2 weeks, much less 10 good ones >.>

@ GTM: ok, so I'll add you, right? just inform me if you don't have enough time.
@ maxson: read the description. you would only have to make 1 single map ;)

Is there a specific style of map we should do? I mean, except DDA's? Could we do races, etc?

ah. sorry, I thought you meant 179. Anyways, I don't know why collaboration packs would be lame or something. I think they give some pretty nice variety nowadays.
