Go placidly among the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant. They too have their story.

Yes, even the bloody nitwits.

Feudal Japan. It's the best because it's Feudal Japan and you can have pointless fights for honour.

The '60s. Back then, everyone was happy. If you were against the government, you became a hippie. The music was great. If you wanted to shoot people that looked different, you could go over to Vietnam. And not only was this the Golden Age of Rock, it was also the Golden Age of Drugs. Back then, everyone was doing hallucinogens and being happy. And this is no joke. People were lying down and forming giant peace signs while naked. And my dad has a picture of one that his cousin was in. If I could find it on the internet, I'd put it here.

A time period full of danger. Anytime you can be attacked by a dinosaur. Whoa. There is a T-Rex. Hi Rexi. Maybe I can feed him. Wanna taste my sandvich? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

I would definitely travel to the medieval times. Sword fights, castles, random crazy guesses about everything science related. Insults were the best at this time too:
-Thou gorbellied swag-bellied scut!
-Thou odiferous clay-brained malt-worm!
-Thou jarring common-kissing giglet!

Also, at least 50% of the population were hobos. Yay hobos!

Swords, wars, good culture, and greek fire.

Need I mention more? :D

Paris, 1920-30s. Surrealism in the air, cafés thriving. No war.

The date is March 13th, 2009; in a few seconds, the clock will strike midnight. It will be March 14th - or Judgement Day, as we will come to call it. As bells across the city chime in the new day, lightning strikes a fireescape, the wind roars up, and in a flash of light, he is there. Bums flee the alley as a naked, confident Studebacher Hoch, dripping in what we can only assume are his own juices, strides out into the street.

There is no time to find clothes. He has a mere 9 and a half hours to track down the man who will make all humour everywhere obsolete; he must find... the Maestro.

*flash forward too 9:28*

Studebacher Hoch, still naked and now a limbless mass of machinery dripping oil and circuit fluid, is strewn across the Maestro`s living room. The Maestro stands over him and looks down triumphantly.

"You..." Studebacher Hoch manages to say; he doesn't have much time left, "you can't do this. I will stop you."

"Stop me?" The Maestro says, laughing, "What, you don't think I anticipated this? That they'd send you to kill my joke? You deluded machine... like I would have fought you if there was even the slightest chance of you screwing up my plan.

"I did it thirty seconds ago."

.... So, to answer your question, totally Ancient Mongolia, because I could high-five Genghis Kahn and teach the Mongols the joy of a good techno backbeat.

The future. I don't know what year exactly, but I know they play awesome music there, in addition to having a great attitude towards other human beings.
