Even if this becomes a community project (that would be really cool) I'm not sure many people would want to join this, I mean, don't get me wrong but I'm sure we all want Cambodian children gain access to safe drinking water, healthcare, food and an education, but I don't think that everyone would want to give money. I mean, dude, I live in a fucking hole,

Myspace is better for events like this but I don't think that majority of here uses Myspace.

Erm, no it's not. Aside from the fact that the second part of your post indicates this, did you happen to pay attention to the "Get Rage Against The Machine to Number 1" group that was started on Facebook just before Christmas? Well, they did it. Xmas number 1. Blew the Xfactor try hards out of the water.

It made the news and papers. What Myspace group has achieved similar?

Myspace is a sinking ship in comparison, it's mostly used by vain teenagers and bands.

I say start a Facebook group and see what you can do. I'll fully support this and donate if I can.

This is great, I'm sure I can come around with some money. Water only will be tough for me.

I am considering sending money, and I've snapped a "Might attend" on Facebook. I'll join the group and invite others, if nothing else. Perhaps linky in a status or something :)

I'm definitely in on this - I'll be helping to spearhead this too if ya'll need. I've invited everyone I know on Facebook, and I'll be doing regular campaigns between now and the date to make sure we get enough support.

I'd be more than happy to help out by fasting. No problems. Oh, and expect the money soon!
