Sure, but how would you restrict it to only one? Keep in mind that no such mechanism is built into the game (i.e. the game doesn't already check the # of some other thing, so that you could copy or hijack that function for this use), so I imagine it would be difficult. In any case, enforcing that restriction would be another level of complication on top of the mod itself, which sounds like it would have a lot of options (and therefore be potentially complicated).

Anyway, I do agree that it would be very neat and open up a whole slew of new possibilities, but sadly I just don't think it's likely to happen. :(

Just wondering why you made it so that the only drones that can't be individually modded are: chainguns, and lasers. However rotating lasers can be individually modded...why is that?

All drones can be individually modded; have you read the wiki right?

because i haven't added that functionality...

even the individual seeker drone speed is added much later... coz I'm not the one who give birth to those drones

yeah, I noticed that while coding the program...it makes it for a weird output to have to do |||||drone,attribute,number rather than 6^x,y,path,0,0,direction^blah,blah

I guess I will notice it more when it comes time to try to compile all the code into one output area

Also I am up to the point where I have done all drone, player, and object mods. I am up to pathing and such, get on IRC and we will chat. I have left the mods that I dont know how to work, perhaps you can personal tutor me, because i am looking at the wiki and it doesn't seem to make very much sense to me.

Yo, unreality, any chance of a mod which would allow rotation of the plane in which gravity affects you? That'd be nice. Very nice. (I made a mad tileset for it already...I'm waiting for it :D)

Could you fix the icon bugs? they are kinda annoying in the way you cant get gold, they cant move with custom pathing and they only face one direction.

if you want a timer, you can set area trigger and a drone to activate it (do you know all objects can activate area trigger?). You can set the speed of the drone to control the time that drone entering the area trigger

kkstrong.. scripting is a bit too much :p

haha, scripting in NReality would be badass!

Think about it, you would be able to apply just about any thing to happen at given points in the map. Suchas gold becoming visible only after you get the door switch. Or easily making objects triggers... the list goes on and on. It would certainly open up the possibilities greatly. And it would be really easy to learn.

also, can you provide code for what you were talking about? I have never gotten anything like that to work.
