I'm aware that replays can be obtained by watching user level replays and going back out to the user levels menu, and you can find the currently-playing replay on the main menu by going into ned, but there doesn't seem to be any clear way to get replays of scores on the highscores, whether it be personal highscores, or those of the top 20 (for levels), or replays that don't result in a personal best. (say I complete level X in 20 frames for a personal best, then in 30 - how might I get a replay for that?)

There you have all scoreboards, rankings, and so on, including the demos (replays). i.e. 00-0 replays can be found in:

By clicking on the scores.

Theres also a way to download them through HarveyCartel but that ones harder. Stick to the page I linked above.
