so there was N, which was 100 episodes, then Nreality, which was 200 episodes all together. but what about a further extension? 300 or 400 episodes? it would be great if there was.

It's possible, but not likely. The extra NReality episodes were community added (Since nreality is a community-made mod) so Metanet won't be adding anything. And the community isn't getting bigger.

There are other versions of N, though. N+(Need an emulator to play), Nv2, N++ (PS4 only) which would have extra levels.

You're looking for mappacks, none of them are built-in except for "Legacy - Origins" and "blue tetris - super hard columns 1 & 2", which are the 100 extra episodes bundled with NReality. Further integration is indeed unlikely, and unnecessary if you ask me, at least as part of the main levels. As some sort of NUMA-like integration I'd like it.
