I voted Fry, but now that I think about it, the decision is really hard. since Fry is older, but stupid. Unlike Scott Tenorman, Fry wouldn't trick Cartman like that. He'd probably do something to piss Cartman off, and when Cartman starts yelling at him, Fry would either walk away, or just push him away and Cartman would start crying and run to his mom.

Cartman is just constantly pissed all the time. His character isn't developed much beyond a manipulative 4th grade boy.
