My favorite of the mane six is Twilight. My favorite otherwise is probably Luna.

Honestly, main 'mane' 6-wise: Pinkie Pie. Crazy-arse bitch would on one hand give you cake and parties for anything, and on the other hand, when she decides to snap and you are on her side, you witness the true side of Pinkamena and all of her torture techniques/mass murders/bloodthirsty rages as you smile in delight knowing YOU'RE safe...
all in all, best character in the show is Zecora though...
