Can't jump - MacbookPro

Hi everyone, first post.
I am playing N game since 2008 and today I met a glitch that I have never met before.
After downloading the new N game (Nv2) into my 2011 MacBookPro I never managed
to make the little guy jump.
I looked at settings in order to change the key but it didn't helped at all.

Any ideas?
