Yes, by all means. For the people! And such. Legacy no longer means anything. It was once a group of dudes who did some cool shit - Now it's just a map-pack name and a group of highscorers who have a green usergroup name. Time was, we were a corporate powerhouse, fueling every little thing the community did, but the entire idea was that we started this thing to inspire, and then purposefully fall by the wayside. It was a last hurrah for those of us who were in the community for nine shitloads of time to slowly bow out. All of us old mappers - tktktk, maximo, myself, LV, Sweep, nevermore, blue_tetris, Lucidium, Sendy - We all just wanted the community to do better than what we did, because what we did wasn't all that spectacular. It just took some time, some dedication, and some late nights around the campfire with a couple extra bottles of Seagram's. And we're about to be outdone. So revel in the death of Legacy, and the birth of everything else! And so, we hand this baton of community over to you, whomever wants to pick it up and carry the community into the era of v1.5 and Robotology!

Naw, just means that Legacy's over. Yielded to something new and better. We were going to continue on, but we all have separate things we want to do - Kinda like a band. We all have other stuff we want to pursue, not under the Legacy name. Most of the members are gone for good - Some will stop in for a time after Robotology hits or once v1.5 drops, but the rest of us just want to chillax and be community members again.

So you mean to tell me that our new community shining star is called... Memoirs of the Ancients? And our new community leaders are... ChaoStar and KlanKaos? I'm a little upset, to be honest.

We'd better hope so. In all honesty, when the current admin staff hit the log off button for the last time, I have no idea who's going to lead this community. Sure, we have Lenny and Southpaw and all those guys out there moderating, but there really is no one in the community with the arrogance and community leadership skills that the current admins have.Manus Australis wrote:Nah, these guys are just making a map pack. :PSkyling wrote:So you mean to tell me that our new community shining star is called... ...why does an admin need to be arrogant? Arrogance isn't that much of an advantage many times.Universezero wrote:We'd better hope so. In the end, I will rule for a day, and then sidke will take over, and then give it to blackson, and then everything goes to hell.
And then some cool guy like Lenny takes over, and we're all happy.
