Why doesn't the forum count for day-light savings time?

basically the title. It could confuse people, so could somebody fix it?

I doubt it'd confuse anyone, seeing as we all have clocks in the bottom right corner running on internet time. The only reason we have a forum clock is to note when posts were made, not to check what the time is. That said, it would be pretty hard to code it in just for such a trivial purpose, unless I'm mistaken. Either that, or they just haven't updated it yet.

oh... and btw, my internet powered clock doesn't work for some reason... it says 3:33 AM right now.
And I hope I'm not causing too much fuss... I'd hate to be a bother.
