I hope Fujita, one day, makes a NUMA and posts some of the maps Fujita made (especially this fantastic one). This one seems like one I would play in the real 'N' story mode: complex yet entertaining, with it's easy and tough moments.

Also, James, sorry for breaking the 3-map minimum code.... again...

oh my god I didn't realise that spiral shape would fit perfectly into that tile design. I don't have much time atm but I'd say sacrifice the gameplay if you have to, but many drones and many golds spoil the look for me

I guess the basic guideline is to make sure your maps don't look like an omelette made of sick. Panstromek mastered how to place gold now I think. Because a canon in inversion is a dangerous diversion and a bit of augmentation is a serious temptation, while a stretto diminution is a very very obvious solution. And for me u can only justify something very tricky if its very interesting at the same time -pro maps are for noobs.

the 'good idea' I mentioned having was a blingy dollar pendant (with some action happening inside the pendant) and the gold chain made reachable by diagonal one way panels following it. -But Im not gonna do that anymore probably, instead I have another idea which is very Me I think :) -But its still not a proper (large tilework) map -I just cant seem to be able to make those... But yea I feel better now that Im starting work on that other idea

I'm almost certain this is possible to beat. One of the best levels I have come across lately.

As for getting more people here, never been much of a forum user. I used to irc about best levels ever - witch is even more old fashioned, but still. There are just too many good maps to post every one of them. Trying to say lack of people here might not be due to not knowing about this. Still we might just add [forum.droni.es] or something after next level each one of us makes and see. One thing i picked up from irc, are challenges similar to that 0th thread, but with only a handful of levels and then competing who has most highscores at the end of the day. Those are pretty good, but need some place to organize. On the other hand people here might not even be on the same continent, let alone same timezone.

hey, nice, I wouldnt have realised that it works until you mentioned it. I agree with what you say about this forum and this thread -but still there are some maps that stand out or you want to talk about the ideas. For example on this map www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2.html?l=25043 (also by yoke300) it would've been cooler if he didn't put a block gate in the exit switch that stops the rocket as its actually possible and fun to go down get the gold and simply turn around and get back out before the rocket has a chance to catch you

edit: i managed it, I think its only the first bit that requires a cool jump, afterwards its just about jumping from the corners of the platforms (so u can make a smaller jump than normal) right on top of the block gate switches -pretty simple. Siumianga had that idea first :) http://www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2.html?l=10120 (I think the big gold is impossible or have to be too precise)

I made '' simple challenge 006 v.2.x very sry '' based on that first 'cool jump' in that map idea.

I wasnt serious about the rate or die thread btw heh. Can you pls rate my collab my with Fujita -because the map isnt too hard (i managed to take the gauss gold even with the rocket on my back -i did some funny jumps but made it (died later)) and its like the only proper collab map which hasnt been rated enough :s :(
